Tutorial Tuesday

click to go to Monkeys on the Bed

Clearly, I have not posted a Tutorial for today (Tuesday) and I only have 2 hours and 20 minutes to do so. I had one ready to go but my heart wasn't into it, mainly because my heart and thoughts are still with baby Addison's family.

But, life does go on, just as Winter yields to Spring every year. But I also know how lonely it can be when people move on and you are still stuck (more on that later!) so I pray that our church family will not forget but continue to support them in this valley that they suddenly find themselves in.

Okay! phew. heavy stuff.

C helped me with today's tutorial.

In fact, she is the one teaching it because...ladies and gentlemen, we officially have a crawler!

This is C's guide on how to crawl:

Step 1: Tummy Tuck (Get on your hands and knees)

Step 2: Right hand, Left Leg

Step 3: Left hand, Right Leg

Step 4: Put it together (I like the way you move it, move it)

OOPS! MY VIDEO IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED :-( SADNESS!

Step 5: You made it to your goal: the book! (side note: I'm so glad she always crawls to books over toys! go baby C!)

PS C really wanted to do a tutorial on "how-to-stand-up-in-the-crib-and-stave-off-nap-time-indefinitely" but I'm trying to discourage that new-found skill:

I'm still praying for Addison's family. I know what you mean-you hurt for them and almost feel guilty in living life when they are frozen in time in so much pain...If only we could DO something...

Great job with your tutorial--very very cute.

How did you do that sequence to show her crawling? I love it!

That is so cool, how did you get your pic to be animated like that?

I love this! :-) how old is your little one? Mine is 7 months (almost) I'm wondering when the crawling will start. Not that I'm eager since then I'll have to like, clean up and babyproof and stuff . . . and I am NOT looking forward to her being able to stand up in her crib - she ALREADY doesnt nap ever! :-) thanks for your encouraging comment on my blog - we love what we do and if you ever want to join us downtown - our kiddos can ALWAYS use more lovin! :-)
