- Forming deeper friendships with great women from church
- Much-needed rain for our drought-ridden state followed by beautiful sunny days
- This wonderful blog post by julia that is incredibly encouraging to many women
- A cousin who gives me hope for the next generation! He is so put together, well spoken, and with a good head on his shoulders as he prepares to enter college
- Cats that show me where the bugs are (Maggie was batting a cockroach around with her paw. I nearly died. Too bad she didn't eat it and save me the trouble of killing it myself!)
- Gmail chat that allows me and C to see Baby R, the twin, my mom and my grandparents who are in Florida
